When will my cover be shipped? TOP Ready to ship covers usually ship within 1 to 2 business days of payment receipt. If your cover needs to be made, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be completed. It does not necessarily mean it will take that long, but it depends on how many other covers need to be completed first. Keep in mind that these are specially made for you. When will all other products be shipped? TOP Keep in mind that these are all handcrafted items, so if any order needs to be created first it will take a little more time. If the paricular item is already premade then it will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days of payment receipt.
Most orders will be shipped together, however there may be situations where we will need to ship the items seperately. Do you ship Internationally? TOP Do you accept Checks or Money Orders? TOP No. We do not aceept either checks or money orders. At the moment we are only accepting PayPal. Do you accept returns/exchanges? TOP Your customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are not completely happy we will gladly exchange or accept your return for a refund. However we cannot give refunds for normal tear and wear.
Items must be returned in its original packaging and condition (unwashed & unused) for a refund/exchange within 7 days of receipt.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
